Dr Kenneth Kim has been a

Qualified Medical Examiner since 1993 and been doing medical legal evaluations since 1989. He has been appointed by workers compensation judges as an IME (independent medical examiner) and named by both sides as an AME (agreed medical examiner) and used as an AME on numerous occasions.

He has a special expertise in occupational respiratory exposure, occupational asthma, latex allergy claims in health care workers, mold exposure claims involving the respiratory tract. Claimants can be seen in both offices. Claimants are seen on behalf of both employers and the injured worker, but the office does not accept liens.
